Who loves those nice thick mocha shakes at the local coffee shop? The ones topped with whipped cream and drizzled in chocolate….yeah….you know the one I’m talkin’ about. That one that packs in tons of empty calories and fat with the ice cream…and the milk…and the chocolate syrup! We love ‘em, right! Well, I’ve come up with a perfect alternative to that bad ol’shake and packed it wholesome post-workout goodness Prescription Nutrition style!
Before I leave the house in the morning I take a small Tupperware or Ziploc container and I place the following:
1 Scoop Chocolate ProBlend
1 teaspoon Instant Coffee (a little more if you like it stronger)
1 teaspoon PN’s Fatigue Killer
1 scoop PN’s Oats Plus
Place the lid on it and throw it in your bag.
Next, take your shaker cup and throw 4-5 ice cubes in there and fill it up until it reaches the 8 ounce mark.
Then, take your butt to the gym and train hard!
Once you’re ready just dump in your pre-mix and give it a good shake. Now, you’ve got a thick Java Mocha Shake that is full of lean muscle building goodness! It’s that simple and it didn’t cost you $4.95 and an extra cardio session!!!
