Have you ever been browsing Facebook or the Net in general only to see a shocking headline or or caption that compels you to click the link? You click the link eagerly waiting for this revealing article to expose some corrupt issue we never knew existed or provide an epiphany into our own problems. Well, I go caught in this plot myself recently while browsing CNN.com

Recently I read an article titled, “10 Foods You Should Never Eat”. However, to my disappointment, upon clicking, the title changed to “10 Foods You Should Only Enjoy in Moderation”. Well now that is much less dramatic. Everyone preaches moderation and for the right reasons. Anything and everything may be “bad” for you when you overindulge on it. Below you will find a list of the 10 foods you should only enjoy in moderation. Should you choose to read the explanations why, according to the author, I’ve provided the link as well.
